Week 4: Food For The Soul Health Challenge

We made it to our last week of our Food For The Soul Health challenge. We are so thankful for all of you who participated. Not only have you improved your health these last few weeks, but because of your generous donation you have helped feed families throughout DFW! We hope to stay connected and would love to hear your feedback either in the comments below or by e-mailing gina@foodforthesoul.org. We plan on doing another one so stay tuned.

10 Health Goals For Our Final Week:

  1. Get in a morning and lunch break walk

  2. Add hill sprints or a tempo run to your weekly workouts, for ways to do so check out this article, Up Your Running Game

  3. Go low-carb 3 days this week, for low-carb recipes checkout Delish

  4. Go on a hike with friends

  5. Add lemons and lime to your water for extra vitamin c

  6. Try one new healthy recipe this week

  7. Make it a point to have at least one green with every meal

  8. Try a new workout class online

  9. Start a gratitude journal

  10. Replace sugar with stevia
